Flavor Profile

The Rare Pink Work of Art is a medium-to-full bodied perfecto featuring a rare Ecuadorian wrapper in a stout format. It delivers a rich and complex profile with notes of cedar, leather, and a distinct floral sweetness. The unique shape concentrates the flavors at the start, transitioning into a creamy smoke with layers of baking spices and roasted nuts. Subtle hints of earth and mild pepper emerge on the finish. It is a refined and elegant expression of the Fuente blending style, offering a highly satisfying and aromatic experience in a distinctive vitola.

Construction

Expertly rolled into a classic Perfecto shape, the Work of Art demonstrates master-level construction. It features a dark Ecuadorian wrapper with minimal veins and an oily texture. The cigar is firm and well-bunched, ensuring a consistent draw and an even burn despite its varying diameter. The ash is strong and well-formed, a testament to the high-quality long-fillers used. Its flawless execution provides a cool, slow-smoking experience in a sophisticated, vintage-inspired format.

Pairing Suggestion

This perfecto-shaped cigar offers an evolving experience starting with earth and cedar, moving toward black pepper and coffee. Pair it with an aged bourbon to highlight the sweetness, or a rich espresso to complement the nutty and earthy notes. The shape allows for concentrated flavors that pair well with spiced nuts or dark chocolate desserts. Its complex character is best appreciated alongside a drink that offers both depth and a clean finish, such as a neat Highland Scotch.
