Pairing Suggestion

This full-bodied Dominican puro, known for its dark, oily wrapper and notes of spice, leather, and cocoa, pairs excellently with a robust bourbon like Pappy Van Winkle or a dark Zacapa 23 rum. The spirit’s sweetness cuts through the spice and mirrors the vanilla undertones. For a refined experience, a peaty Lagavulin 16 Scotch balances the earthiness, while a rich espresso or high-quality dark chocolate amplifies the natural cocoa notes without overwhelming the palate.
