It pairs perfectly with a crisp, high-proof bourbon or a spiced rum that can match its vibrant, spicy profile. A strong espresso or a rich cuban coffee makes an excellent non-alcoholic companion to intensify the flavors. This shorter smoke pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate truffles, roasted cashews, or sharp cheddar cheese.
