Welcome to Cigars of Habanos, hereinafter referred to as (CoH). Please read these terms thoroughly before using any CoH website, communications channel, or service; by continuing to use any CoH service, you:

 
 
  • Certify that you are above the legal age for tobacco use in your jurisdiction
     
  • Acknowledge and consent to our data privacy practices as presented in our Privacy Policy
     
  • Agree to be bound to our Terms and Conditions as follow
    If you do not wish to be bound to our Terms and Conditions, please exit the site immediately.
     
     
    Operational Terms
     
     
  • By placing an order with CoH, you agree to have your card authorized for the amount of the order. Your card will be charged on the day of shipping, or shortly thereafter.
     
  • By placing an order with CoH, you agree to contact CoH customer service before filing any disputes with your card company. Violation of this agreement will lead to immediate and permanent account termination.
     
  • By placing an order with CoH, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any duties and taxes charged by your local customs authorities, as well as all clearance procedures
     
  • Orders are generally shipped a day or two after receipt, but during peak-demand it may take up to 7 days. You are free cancel your order any time before it has been marked shipped. Once the item has already left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, and must go through our resolution process.
     
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order, without reason. Additionally, if there is a dispute with an order, CoH reserves full discretion in determining whether to re-ship goods, or issue a refund.
     
     

    Resolution Process

     
    Please ensure that you provide your full and correct address, as CoH will not be responsible for non-deliveries due to inaccuracies provided by the customer.
     
    Refund or reship:
     
     
  • Delivery is guaranteed. In the event of non-arrival of your order, we will re-ship or refund your order at our discretion. A package is considered lost if it does not arrive in 28 working days, nor has a tracking scan within 14 working days of the complaint.
     
  • For items that have been damaged in transit, we must be informed at the time that the goods are received. Pictures of the damaged cigars must be included. Damaged items will be returned to us, at our cost, and we will reship or refund your order at our discretion. Should you need to return any box, please contact us by email at info@cohcigars.com for an RMA number and return instructions.

        We will not accept any claims for compensation after 90 days. Under no circumstances will we compensate customers for tariffs/duties paid.
     
    Not covered under our Refund or Reship policy:
     
     
  • If the delivery address provided in the order is found to be incomplete or incorrect, there will be no refund or reship offered.
     
  • If a package fails to clear customs due to your refusal to pay the appropriate excise duties and taxes, there will be no refund or reship offered. If the goods are returned to us for such reason, a $50 restocking fee will apply. If it is a common occurrence, your account with us will be terminated..
     
  • If you opt for an untracked shipment method, there will be no refund or reship offered.
     
  • We do not accept returns based on flavor profile and taste. As cigars are a product made from naturally grown leaf, there is always the possibility of variance in taste.
     
  • If you opt for a sealed box and are dissatisfied with the condition, we will not be liable for the return cost of the box, as we were not given the opportunity to inspect it prior to shipping.
     
     
     

    Fraud Prevention

     
     
  • We take fraud very seriously at CoH and have implemented a series of Fraud Prevention measures. If your order is suspected of being fraudulent, it will be automatically held until a member of our team reaches out to you for confirmation.
     
  • Anyone who engages in fraudulent credit card activity on CoH will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
     
  • Anyone who fraudulently claims a non-delivery may be subject to an investigation with the post office, and subsequent legal action.

We will not be liable for any inaccuracies or mistakes, nor will we bound to honor any price/sale/offering that was uploaded erroneously.

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, statues, ordinances, and customs regulations that apply to all aspects of tobacco transactions in your jurisdiction. Tobacco laws are ever changing and highly complex environments, it is recommended you fully investigate your local regulations before placing an order. Your use of this website certifies that you are in compliance with all local laws and regulations.

    Please note that due to customs regulations, some of our products may have been opened by Hong Kong customs for inspection purposes. While this may result in the packaging being opened, we assure you that all of our products are genuine and brand new. Your satisfaction and trust are of utmost importance to us.
