Flavor Profile

The Illusione Original Documents Corojo Churchill delivers a highly complex, medium-to-full-bodied experience utilizing a premium blend of Nicaraguan Criollo '98 and Corojo '99. This is beautifully contrasted by a distinct note of ripe black cherries and the signature Illusione olfactory sweetness. The long Churchill format allows these flavors to melt together smoothly, offering a deep and long finish.

Construction

This elegant Churchill stands as a testament to the core line's legendary consistency and balance. It features a stunning, red-hued Nicaraguan wrapper with tight seams and a solid feel throughout its long length. Hand-rolled expertly by Aganorsa artisans, the internal construction is flawless, completely preventing any hot spots or plugs. It provides a smooth, beautifully easy draw and a remarkably slow, even burn, leaving behind a perfectly formed, compact ash pillar.

Pairing Suggestion

The Illusione Original Documents Corojo Churchill is a medium-to-full-bodied smoke showcasing classic Corojo notes of black pepper, cedar, and earth. A robust Islay or Highland single malt Scotch whisky pairs beautifully, cutting through the spice with its smoky complexity. For a non-alcoholic option, a strong, unsweetened dark roast coffee or black tea provides a great balance. This long-burning cigar pairs excellently with heavy, savory meals like grilled lamb chops or aged ribeye steaks.
