Flavor Profile

The Cinco Decadas Diadema is a medium-bodied, ultra-premium cigar with a complex and elegant profile. It features select, extra-aged Nicaraguan tobaccos. The flavor is highly nuanced, delivering a creamy core of cedar and nuts, layered with hints of sweet spice, white pepper, and a rich, subtle sweetness, resulting in a perfectly balanced and sophisticated smoke.

Construction

This 6 x 54 Figurado (Diadema) is one of the most difficult shapes to roll, requiring a master torcedor to ensure the taper at both ends does not impede the draw. The construction is a testament to Nicaraguan craftsmanship, featuring a perfectly symmetrical shape and a clean, pointed foot. The internal bunching is precisely managed to allow for a gradual opening of the draw as the cigar burns, maintaining a cool temperature and a sturdy, dense ash throughout the session.

Pairing Suggestion

The Cinco Décadas is a luxurious, medium-to-full-bodied blend of aged tobaccos, crafted to celebrate JDN's heritage. Its complex notes of brandy, chocolate, coffee, and nuts (aged in oak barrels) pair beautifully with a high-end, aged spirit. A fine VSOP or XO Cognac or a high-quality Single Barrel Rum will enhance its subtle, complex flavors.
