Flavor Profile

The Illusione Jeremy Piven Collection Piv Robusto showcases a dynamic, medium-bodied profile featuring AGANORSA’s Corojo 2012 tobacco. It begins with toasted cedar, black pepper, and mustiness, which quickly evolves into an intriguing blend of sourdough, roasted chestnuts, and sunflower seeds. The highlight is a rich, sticky creaminess that introduces a candy-like peanut brittle and honey sweetness, beautifully transitioning into a smooth banana cream pie nuance towards the final third.

Construction

Crafted to premium boutique standards, this robusto displays a tight, seamless roll and a firm, heavy-in-the-hand feel that signals excellent structural density. The outer wrapper is pristine, showing a rich color with very minimal veining and a smooth, oily texture. The triple cap is applied flawlessly. When lit, it delivers an impeccably stable and straight burn line, complemented by a comfortable, perfectly resistant draw that ensures a consistent and high-end smoke.

Pairing Suggestion

The Illusione Jeremy Piven Collection Piv Robusto presents a medium-to-full body rich with flavors of sweet spice, wood, and toasted nuts. A classic rye whiskey or a small-batch bourbon complements the cigar's woodsy profile and spice beautifully. Non-alcoholic options like an espresso macchiato or a sweet spiced chai tea can also enhance its rich taste. Consider pairing this smoke with roasted game, rich dark chocolate desserts, or a selection of aged gouda cheese to elevate the palate.
