Flavor Profile

This short, stout figurado offers a unique, concentrated version of the Undercrown blend. It delivers a voluminous and dense smoke characterized by layers of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and earth. The oily Mexican San Andrés wrapper provides an earthy sweetness that is amplified by the cigar’s shape. The draw starts tight but quickly opens to a rich, creamy mouthfeel. The finish is long and powerful, with a sophisticated aftertaste of spice, cedar, and cocoa.

Construction

The Liga Undercrown Flying Pig is a distinct Perfecto-shaped cigar, handmade in Nicaragua, often featuring a dark, oily wrapper like the Mexican San Andrés Maduro or an Ecuadorian Sumatra-seed Sun-Grown. Its unique, short, and bulbous shape with a closed foot is expertly constructed to provide a smooth draw, even burn, and a full-bodied, robust smoking experience.

Pairing Suggestion

The original Undercrown Maduro blend is medium-to-full bodied with notes of cocoa, sweet spice, and coffee. The unique Flying Pig vitola concentrates these notes. It pairs excellently with a creamy milk stout beer or a smooth aged dark rum to enhance the cocoa and spice flavors.
