Flavor Profile

The Pussy Cat is a small, figurado-shaped powerhouse within the OpusX line. It delivers a concentrated blast of spice, cedar, and leather right from the start. A unique creamy sweetness helps balance the intense strength, while notes of cinnamon and roasted nuts add complexity. Despite its size, it offers a long, robust finish that is distinctively OpusX.

Construction

This small, rare vitola is constructed with the utmost precision. The wrapper is an oily, reddish-brown Dominican leaf that is perfectly applied with a neat cap. The construction is firm, ensuring a slow burn for its size. The draw is consistently excellent, providing a rich and smooth experience. Each cigar is checked for quality to ensure the structural integrity matches the high reputation of the OpusX line, resulting in a perfectly even burn and a solid, durable ash.

Pairing Suggestion

Small and punchy, the Pussy Cat offers a concentrated OpusX experience. A double espresso or a small glass of high-proof Bourbon matches its intensity perfectly. For a non-alcoholic option, a strong, spicy chai tea provides a complex and flavorful companion. Pair with a rich, dark chocolate truffle or a handful of spicy almonds to highlight the concentrated pepper and cedar notes that define this short but powerful OpusX vitola.
